These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Top Shine Cleaning Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving cleaning services from us, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Top Shine Cleaning Services, LLC provides commercial cleaning and janitorial services to businesses throughout Southwest and South Florida. Services are provided as described in your service agreement, quote, or invoice.

2. Use of Subcontractors
Client acknowledges and agrees that Top Shine Cleaning Services, LLC may use qualified, vetted subcontractors to perform some or all cleaning services on our behalf. All subcontractors are required to carry appropriate licensing and insurance and to follow our service standards and training guidelines. By engaging our services, Client agrees that services may be performed by either direct employees or authorized subcontractors of the Company.

3. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Client acknowledges that cleaning services inherently carry a limited risk of minor incidental damage to property (such as, but not limited to, minor scuffs, scratches, or damage to fragile, improperly secured, or pre-existing compromised items). By engaging our services, Client accepts this inherent risk.

Top Shine Cleaning Services, LLC and its subcontractors will exercise reasonable care in performing all services. However, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for the specific service during which the alleged damage occurred.

The Company is not liable for:

Damage to items not disclosed as fragile, valuable, or requiring special handling prior to service

Pre-existing damage or wear not caused by our services

Damage resulting from Client's failure to disclose hazards, restricted areas, or special care instructions

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

4. Reporting Damage
Any claim of damage must be reported to Top Shine Cleaning Services, LLC within 24 hours of the completed service. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.

5. Insurance
Top Shine Cleaning Services, LLC is licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Insurance coverage is subject to policy terms, conditions, and limits, and does not guarantee reimbursement for all types of claims.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations
